One of the best ways to store your coat collections and such is by using a coat rack tree. Most businesses and offices have coat racks as a complementary way of letting you hang your coat up when you enter their place of work. In fact its commonplace to find some sort of tree looking rack at the entrance to the doorway and this is referred to as many different names such as coat tree, coat rack or even hall tree. There are several versions to choose from and different finishes as well. Depending on your decor of choice you can get them in wood, metal and wrought iron which is a very popular style.

They coat rack tree comes with pegs that are mounted to the pole and look like a tree hence the name. The jacket or item you want to hang used hung on these pegs made out of meta, iron or wood. The are great for guests and friends especially for events like parties where there are going to be lots of people. Childrens rooms are also a great place for a these and much of the time a wall mounted coat rack would be preferred. They are mounted to the wall with pegs sticking out to hang everything from coats to kids clothing of any kind.

Many of your coat storage trees have umbrella stands built in for those particular rainy days. This is a great addition to any business or home foyer. There are also benches which typically go along with hall trees that are used for storage. This setup is somewhat of a hall decorative piece with a mirror, bench and pegs to hang your garments on. They are very classy and traditional to the home.

When deciding on what style coat rack stand to choose from take into consideration where the piece is going. This is more of a decor piece than anything else but you want it to be functional as well. Not only do you want to put it to use but you want people to say hey thats a nice looking coat rack. It will also be great to display yours and your friends expensive furs and various coat collections. I recommend a traditional wooden coat stand that has that classy and sophisticated look about it for your home.
